Taster sessions (1hr)

A taste of what we offer! If you are not sure, not quite ready to commit, then try us out, places are limited so book early. Dates

Beginners – 6week course (1hr)

No hot pants and no experience necessary! A good attitude is all you need; we will condition your body and free your diva! At the end of six weeks you will be addicted! Let us teach you step by step and see your pole skills and fitness levels improve dramatically. Dates

Intermediate – 6 week course (1hr)

OK, you have mastered level one and can now call yourself a pole diva! This course will take you to the next level with more daring moves and thrills as you accomplish all you thought was impossible. Dates

Open workshops (1.5 hrs)

This is a great chance to take a session as an extra to your course or a one off. The first hour will consist of a short warm up, new moves and transitions forming a great routine. The last half hour will be open to practice and polish any moves you like. The workshop will be suitable for beginners and intermediates, as suitable variations on the routine are made for the varying levels. Dates
